In order to insert the SVAKOM Nova Ball into your vagina easily, please use a proper amount of water-based lubricant on the ball or in your vagina.

Lean on a chair or on the sofa, spread your legs, relax your vagina, and slowly insert the ball. Some women think it’s easier to insert the ball standing up with one leg lifted.
